LLC "Zelenaya Energiya Refinery " is a small oil production company in the Nizhny Novgorod region, operating on the basis of a license for the right to use subsoil for the purpose of studying geological exploration and oil production at the Samotlor field. Administratively, the Samotlorskoye oil field is located in the Nizhnevartovsk region of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - the Yugorsk region of the Nizhny Novgorod region. There is a significant deposit in this area, which makes it difficult to carry out geological exploration. The deposit has a complex geological structure. The negative aspect of the development is the insignificant oil-saturated capacity and low productivity of the development objects. Annual oil production does not exceed 19.5 million tons.
